1st Floor

  • Grand Plaza & Ballroom
    Hyatt Westlake Plaza in Thousand Oaks proudly presents the largest ballroom in Ventura County - The Grand Plaza Ballroom. Divide this grand ballroom into four separate and equal sections with built-in, state-of-the-art air walls, background music, air conditioning and lighting. Host your ceremony in one section, and then greet guests with a cocktail reception and buffet or gourmet dinner in another. Accommodate as many as 400 guests with banquet style seating, or 900 for a cocktail reception.
  • Grand Plaza Ballroom Foyer
    Situated just to the left of the entrance of the hotel, the foyer is most often used for hosting pre-function activities such as cocktail receptions, guest registration and food service.
  • Atrium
    Moonlight creates a romantic setting like no other. Welcome guests to your Thousand Oaks wedding with a Champagne cocktail as they step into this regal setting. Classical sculptures and a stunning fountain add to the Mediterranean ambience of this unique location. Entertain up to 100 guests for banquet seating or 400 guests at a reception in our gorgeous, Southern California hotel’s five-story, sky-lit atrium.

Outdoor Venues

  • Garden Gazebo
    Dance under the brilliant Ventura County stars as your guests celebrate your union. Fondly called our “Wedding Gazebo,” this lovely venue is set within a beautiful landscaped garden with cascading waterfalls. With the beautiful Southern California weather, you can hold your ceremony and reception in this picturesque spot. Entertain up to 250 guests at a formal banquet or 500 for a cocktail reception.
  • Garden Patio
    Greet the future in the glory of a lush garden with a patio wedding and reception. Our serene garden patio offers an outdoor setting that is ideal for smaller, informal weddings and receptions. Entertain up to 100 guests for a formal banquet and 150 for a cocktail reception in this lovely Westlake Village location.
  • Poolside
    With the beautiful pool as a backdrop, create your own compelling wedding theme and watch as your guests admire this stunning Thousand Oaks setting.
